一、培养目标
中文:培养品德良好、学风严谨、敬业进取、德智体全面发展的,具备图书馆学坚实理论基础和系统专业知识与技能的,掌握管理科学知识和现代信息技术,能熟练地运用现代化技术手段进行信息组织、检索、分析、评价和开发利用的, 能在各类图书馆、信息服务机构和企事业单位从事高层次信息管理与服务工作,并能开展相关研究及专业教学的应用型、复合型专门人才。
英文:This program aims to cultivate postgraduates of good moral character, rigorous study style, dedicated and enterprising spirit, all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical development, solid theoretical foundation of library science, and systematic professional knowledge and skills, and management science knowledge and modern information technology. The graduates should develop the ability of using modern technology to organize, retrieve, analyze, evaluate and exploit information and be qualified for high-level information management and service work in libraries, information service institutions, enterprises and institutions and carrying out relevant research and professional teaching.
二、学科/类别简介及研究方向
中文:图书馆学是研究文献与信息的收集、整理、保存、交流、传播规律以及开发利用的一门学科。该专业的研究重点体现在信息及其载体的搜集、选择、整序、存储与开发利用的理论和技术方法,及图书馆等信息机构的组织和管理,尤其重视对图书馆工作与实践中急需解决问题的研究。随着信息技术的高速发展,信息成了当代社会发展的支柱之一,信息的多媒体化、网络化和分布化趋势,对浩瀚无垠、凌乱分散的网络信息资源的开发和利用提出了更高要求,迫切需要发展崭新的自动化信息资源组织管理技术和信息自动搜索技术。该学科的三个研究方向既是图书馆学界目前研究的热点,也充分体现了本专业理论联系实际的特色。
研究方向:
1.图书馆管理与社会化服务研究:包括校地共建图书馆的建设模式、目标管理、资源建设、资源共享与开发利用,校地共建办馆过程中各种实际问题的解决方案,图书馆社会化服务的理论与实践,高校图书馆社会化服务的运行机制及服务模式等。
2.信息管理与信息计量研究:(1)信息计量与科学评价:定性与定量方法相结合,构建合理的科学评价指标体系,对科研机构、学科、人才、期刊以及科研成果等进行评价研究。主要研究主题包括信息增长与分布规律、引文分析、科学合作、学科研究热点与前沿领域识别等。(2)专利计量与技术创新:从专利文献计量的角度,开展领域研发热点分析、专利导航产业发展等情报分析,为行业或企业的知识产权规划、创新部署、技术研发、成果转化等提供决策支持。主要研究主题包括专利技术分析与评价、专利管理与运营、产业动态与趋势追踪、专利竞争情报等。
3.数字信息资源管理与服务研究:(1)开放科学环境下的开放获取、开放内容和开放数据,尤其是开放数据的研究。重点关注数据共享与科研数据管理,开展数据密集型科研环境下,围绕科研数据生命周期开展科研数据管理所涉及到的一些核心问题的研究。(2)数字化时代用户信息行为的研究。探讨用户信息行为特征和面临问题,分析行为前置动因、变化规律和影响规律,对用户信息行为和行为效果进行预测。
英文:Library science is a discipline that studies the collection, collation, preservation, exchange, and dissemination of documents and information, as well as their development and utilization. The focus of the research of the profession is on the theoretical and technical methods for the collection, selection, ordering, storage, and development of information and its carriers, as well as the organization and management of information institutions such as libraries, particularly the urgent need to solve problems in library work and practice particularly. Along with the rapid development of information technology, information has become one of the pillars of social development today. Due to the emergence of the trend of multimedia, networking and distribution of information, higher requirements for the development and utilization of the vast, messy and scattered network information resources are put forward. It is urgent to develop new automated information resources organization management technology and information automatic search technology. The three research directions of this subject are not only the hot spots of the library research at present, but also fully embody the characteristics of the close connection between theory and practice.
Research directions:
1.Research on library management and social services: including library co-construction models of university and local government, target management, resource construction, resource sharing and development and utilization; solutions to various practical problems in the process of the library co-construction; the theory and practice of library social services; operation mechanism and service mode of social service in university libraries.
2.Information management and information measurement research: (1) Information measurement and scientific evaluation: combining qualitative and quantitative methods, constructing a reasonable scientific evaluation index system, and evaluating research institutions, disciplines, talents, periodicals and scientific research achievements. The main research topics include information growth and distribution, citation analysis, scientific cooperation, research hotspots and frontier identification and etc. (2) Patent metrology and technological innovation: from the perspective of patent literature metrology, carrying out intelligence analysis of research and development hotspots , patent navigation and industry development, and providing decision support for intellectual property planning, innovation deployment, technology research and development, and achievement transformation of industries or enterprises. The main research topics include patent technology analysis and evaluation, patent management and operation, industry trends and trends tracking, patent competitive intelligence and etc.
3.Research on digital information resource management and service: (1) Open access, open content and open data under open scientific environment, especially on open data research. The focus is on data sharing and scientific research data management, and on some core issues involved in scientific research data management around the life cycle of scientific research data under the data-intensive scientific research environment. (2) Research on users' information behavior in the digital age, including the characteristics and problems of users' information behavior, and analyzing the pre-motivation and change rules of user information behavior information.
三、培养方式与学习年限
中文:
1.培养方式:
(1)采用导师负责制;
(2)课程学习和论文写作并重。
2.学习年限:
(1)全日制硕士研究生学习年限3年;
(2)非全日制硕士研究生及在职硕士研究生学习年限3-4年。
英文:
1.Teaching methods:
(1) Tutor responsibility system;
(2) Combination of course study and thesis writing.
2.Years of study:
(1) The length of study of full-time master's students is 3 years;
(2) The period of study of part-time master's degree students and serving master's degree students is 3-4 years.
四、课程学习及学习要求
中文:硕士生课程分为学位课程和非学位课程两类。课程学习实行学分制,在规定的学习期限内,所修总学分不少于24学分,学位课不少于14学分。
英文:Master's courses are divided into degree courses and non-degree courses. Course learning implements a credit system. Within the stipulated study period, the total credits completed are no less than 24 credits, and the degree course is no less than 14 credits.
五、素质培养(必修环节)
中文:必修环节主要是开题报告、中期检查、学术活动,各记1学分。开题报告和中期检查按照学校的有关规定执行;学术活动要求硕士生在申请论文答辩前应参加校级(地厅级)以上单位或本学科学术团体织组织的学术报告会不少于3次。
英文:The main required parts include the opening report, mid-term inspection, academic activities, 1 credit for each. The opening report and mid-term inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school; The postgraduates should attend at least 3 academic reports organized by university-level (prefecture-department level) or academic organizations of the discipline before applying for thesis defense in the field of academic activities.
六、学位论文
中文:研究生在完成培养计划所有课程的学分后,即进入学位论文工作环节。学位论文应在指导教师指导下,由研究生本人独立完成。硕士学位论文研究内容应符合相应学科内涵,对所研究的课题有新的见解,能够表明作者具有从事科学研究工作或独立担负专门技术工作的能力,反映作者在本门学科上掌握坚实的基础理论和系统的专门知识。硕士学位论文评阅及答辩按照《河南科技大学研究生答辩管理办法》执行。社会评价材料应满足《河南科技大学研究生学术成果社会评价认定办法》相关要求。
英文:After completing the credits of all the courses in the program, the postgraduate students will enter the stage of writing thesis. The thesis should be completed independently by the students under the guidance of the supervisor. The research content of the thesis should be consistent with the connotation of the corresponding discipline, have new opinions on the subject studied, which demonstrates the ability to engage in scientific research or independently, and to undertake specialized technical work reflecting that the researchers level of basic theory and systematic specialized knowledge in the subject. The evaluation and defense of master's thesis shall be carried out in accordance with 《Administrative Measures for Postgraduate Defense of Henan University of Science and Technology》.The social evaluation materials should meet the relevant requirements of the 《Measures for social evaluation and identification for Postgraduate academic achievements of Henan University of Science and Technology》.
七、学位申请与授予
中文:按照《河南科技大学学位授予工作细则》等相关规定执行。
